Early Check-in
For your convenience, 2 days before the check-in date, you will receive an email from us or a message from Booking, depending on the reservation method, requesting information for early check-in.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation and prepayment conditions vary depending on the type of accommodation. Please provide us with the dates of your stay so that we can check the best conditions for you.
Confirmation and Reservation Guarantee:
Reservations are only accepted 48 hours before the desired check-in date.
Confirmation of the reservation implies the prepayment of 20% of the total amount on the date of the reservation to the provided IBAN in the confirmation email, followed by sending the proof to the same email. Failure to confirm will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation.

Policy Regarding Accommodation for Babies and Children:
All children are welcome.
For ages 0 to 3, a free crib is available. We just ask that you mention it when requesting availability.

Useful Information:
- Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Please inform us in advance of the estimated arrival time by email).
- After 8:00 PM, check-in must be requested in advance and confirmed by Casa do Xico.
- Check-out: by 11:00 AM.
- Parties/events are not allowed.
- Third-party guests are not allowed to stay at Casa do Xico without prior authorization.
- Pets: Accepted under special conditions and authorized by Casa do Xico.
